My partner Amy is fostering 3 kittens over the weekend (likely for longer). I took some footage of them while they were awake earlier.
For the majority of the time the kittens sleep in silence in their kittens, but they require to be fed and to do their bathroom stuff every 2.5 hours, which can be challenging for Amy. Here’a video of them while they were having “play time”:
The dogs are reacting pretty well to the kittens overall. They were baffled quite a bit and stressed about the kittens presence when they first arrived last night. However, today has gone a whole lot better. While the kittens sleep, the dogs don’t care about them. When they’re awake, both dogs get curious about the kittens, sniff them and stare at them, but otherwise don’t have a strong reaction to them. I’d say that the dogs are doing better than I expected.
